Origin Table 41 Brewing Company was founded by two amazing friends who came together to create a mark on the craft beer industry. As avid craft beer drinkers, Bobby and Giorgio have found that most craft brewers follow similar premises and they intend to break those molds. They have dedicated their style to creating “off-the-wall” beer ideas while keeping traditional ales intact. The idea for Table 41 Brewing Company grew from a desire to honor the memory of Eileen Keppler, an amazing friend and coworker.Eileen’s life and spirit is a major influence to the brew crew at Table 41, truly the heart and soul of the company. The loss of Eileen in 2015 was the catalyst that led to two friends meeting and creating a beer in her name - Ilean. As Bobby and Gio shared several pints of this delicious ale they realized what they were destined to do, soon after Table 41 Brewing was born.
Giving Back Extensive years in the healthcare industry between these two friends drove their guiding principle... compassion. Creating beer was only one objective for Table 41, the other was giving back to the community, healthcare workers, the military, emergency medical personnel, animal shelters, and the Ronald McDonald House.
For the People Table 41 Brewing was built for the people with an emphasis on making beer personal for their consumers. Creating “off-the-wall” beers allow the brewery to bring outrageous ideas to their customers. The essence of Table 41 brewing will be Investing in our consumers’ desires, pride in community, and giving back while offering affordable craft ales to all. True-to-Roots Promise Table 41 Brewing was grass rooted by these two friends through blood sweat and tears (literally). Each have taken on more than one job (sometimes even up to three) to fund their dream. The promise was made to fund the company without investments from outside sources or loans. The decision was based on knowing that they would never end up owing anyone else beside the community they wish to support. The brewing company has grown in the first year from a single 10 gallon brewing self-made rig to a 1 barrel brewing system. The growth offers consumers less wait time and more brews, because you can never have enough of a good thing.
The Future Table 41 Brewing has aspirations of growing to a 10 barrel system in the next few years, offering “off-the-wall” brews in local restaurants and pubs. Bobby and Gio will not rest until you can easily buy your favorite Table 41 craft beer. After all, is there a better way to support your community than through a cold pint!
